Return and exchange

Return

You have 14 days full right of return. The item can only be returned if it is in original condition with labels.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact customer service at hello@merrytime.dk

You will receive a return and refund confirmation email once your return has been completed.

We only pay back via the credit card on which we received the payment for the purchase. The refund will be made as soon as we have received the item(s). Merry time is not responsible for lost or damaged packages when you send them back to Merrytime .

Exchange

It is free to exchange items once. When exchanging an item, you must contact customer service at hello@merrytime.dk

The item is only exchanged if it is in original condition with labels.
